  • They are true to size but if you’re between sizes, go down.

    Our boots are available in UK sizes 4–9.

  • Each pair is built on a durable rubber sole for comfort and grip. The upper is made from a structured polyester base, finished with hand-applied detailing so no two pairs feel exactly the same.

  • They can handle real life, but they’re not heavy-duty wellies. Think festivals, grass, dancing. Not deep mud all day.

  • The Custom Designs are exactly that. Completely unique pairs that won’t be repeated.

    The Core Collection and The Signature Collection are curated ranges available in sizes 4–9.

  • If they’re not right, you can return them within 14 days of receiving your order.

    Items must be:

    • Unworn

    • In original condition

    • Returned in original packaging

    Once received and checked, your refund will be processed within 5 working days.

    Return postage is the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty.

  • Yes.

    Core Collection can be swapped for the same design in a different size if it’s in stock.

    One-Offs can be exchanged too, but because every pair is unique, you’ll be choosing from what’s available in your size. It won’t be the same pair.

  • Typically orders are dispatched within 5-10 working days.

    UK delivery usually arrives within 3–5 days after dispatch.

    For International deliveries please allow up to 2 weeks from dispatch.

  • Yes, free UK delivery on orders over £100.

  • Core Collection, yes. We keep these in rotation and restock regularly.

    One-Offs, no. Once they’re gone, that’s it.
