We sell statement boots across two collections:
One-Offs which are unique pairs
Core Collection which are restocked designs

Each product is described as accurately as possible. Due to the nature of hand-finished detailing, slight variations may occur and are not considered faults.

Pricing and Payment
All prices are listed in GBP.
We reserve the right to change prices at any time.
Payment must be made in full at checkout.

Orders
Once an order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email.
We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order if required.

Liability
We are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss.
Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

Returns

You can return your order within 14 days of receiving it.

Items must be:
Unworn
In original condition
In original packaging

Refunds are processed within 5 working days of receiving the return.

Return postage is the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty.

Exchanges
Core Collection
Can be exchanged for the same design in a different size, subject to availability.

One-Offs
Can be exchanged, but as each pair is unique, you will need to choose from what is available in your size. The style will differ.

DELIVERY

Orders are dispatched within 2 to 3 working days.

UK delivery typically takes 2 to 4 working days after dispatch.

Free UK delivery is available on orders over 100.

We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers.

FAULTY OR DAMAGED ITEMS

If your item arrives faulty or damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos.

We will resolve this as quickly as possible.

PRODUCT DISCLAIMER

Each pair is individually finished by hand.
Small variations are part of the design and not considered faults.

These boots are designed for fashion and general wear. They are not intended for heavy duty or extreme conditions.
