It's for rebels, outsiders and individuals who dress for themselves — people looking for statement clothing and footwear with personality, attitude and individuality.
What makes Disco Dirt different?
Disco Dirt isn't designed to help you blend in.
Our footwear is individually embellished by hand after an order is placed, while our apparel features hand-finished prints. Small variations can therefore occur between individual products.
These aren't imperfections. They're part of the character of a hand-finished product and mean that your Disco Dirt piece can be subtly different from anyone else's.

Are Disco Dirt boots and heels hand-embellished?
Yes. Disco Dirt footwear is embellished by hand after an order has been placed.
Each pair is individually finished, which means there can be slight variations in embellishment placement and finish.
This is an intentional part of the product and gives each pair its own individual character.
Why does Disco Dirt footwear take up to 2 weeks to dispatch?
Because every pair is individually hand-embellished after your order is placed.
Please allow up to 2 weeks for footwear to be dispatched. This gives us time to complete and finish your pair before it leaves us.

Yes. Email us with your idea, inspiration or requirements and we'll discuss what may be possible.
Are Disco Dirt One-Off designs unique?
One-Off footwear is created as an individual statement piece. Because the footwear is embellished by hand, each finished pair can have its own individual character.

How do Disco Dirt tees fit?

Are Disco Dirt tees heavyweight?
Yes. Our tees are made using heavyweight garment-dyed cotton, with both cropped and standard styles available.

Are Disco Dirt tee and hoodie prints hand-finished?
Yes. Our apparel includes hand-finished printed designs.
Because the print is applied by hand, slight variations in texture, coverage, finish and appearance can occur between garments.
Each print is therefore subtly unique.
Why does my print look slightly different from the website photograph?
The prints are hand-finished rather than produced as completely identical machine-applied prints.
Small differences in texture, coverage, finish or distressing can occur. These variations are part of the character of a hand-finished Disco Dirt garment and are not necessarily a fault.
Are Disco Dirt hoodies heavyweight?
Yes. Our heavyweight hoodies use a 440gsm fabric with a brushed inner fleece and an oversized, boxy fit.
They feature a double-fabric three-panel hood, kangaroo pouch pocket with an inner phone pocket, ribbed cuffs and hem, and a cotton-faced outer fabric.
How do I choose my hoodie size?

The hoodie has an oversized, boxy fit, so the size guide is the best way to choose the right size rather than relying on assumptions about standard sizing.
How long does clothing take to dispatch?
Please allow up to 5 days for clothing to be dispatched.

What accessories does Disco Dirt sell?
Disco Dirt's accessories include caps, beanies and socks.
They are designed to work alongside the wider statement footwear and streetwear collection.
How do I care for my Disco Dirt beanie?
Our beanies are made from a certified recycled polyester blend.
Hand wash only to help preserve the knit structure and hand-pressed print detail.
What socks does Disco Dirt sell?
Our socks are part of the Disco Dirt everyday accessories collection.

How do I care for my Disco Dirt cap?

HAND-FINISHED PRODUCTS
Why are there slight differences between Disco Dirt products?
Some Disco Dirt products are finished by hand, including our embellished footwear and printed apparel.
Hand-finishing naturally allows for small variations in placement, texture, coverage and appearance.
Rather than making every piece completely identical, we embrace these differences. They are part of what makes each Disco Dirt piece unique.
Is a variation in my print or embellishment a fault?
Not necessarily.
Small variations are expected with hand-finished products and are part of their individual character. If you believe there is an actual manufacturing fault or your product is damaged, contact us at hello@thisisdiscodirt.co.uk so we can assess it.
ORDERS & DELIVERY
How long does a Disco Dirt order take to dispatch?
The dispatch timeframe depends on what you've ordered:
Footwear: allow up to 2 weeks because each pair is hand-embellished after the order is placed.
Clothing: allow up to 5 days.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. Disco Dirt ships to the UK, EU and international destinations.
How are Disco Dirt orders sent?
UK, EU and international orders are sent using Royal Mail Tracked.
Does my order have tracking?
Yes. Orders are sent using Royal Mail Tracked, so tracking is available once your order has been dispatched.
Does the dispatch time include delivery?
No. The dispatch timeframe is the time required for us to prepare and send your order.
Once your order has been dispatched, Royal Mail's delivery service takes over.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
What is the Disco Dirt returns policy?
Eligible standard orders can be returned within 30 days.
Returned items must be:
- Unworn and unused
- In their original condition
- With tags attached
- In their original packaging
Some products are excluded from change-of-mind returns, including hand-embellished footwear, sale items and gift cards.
Can I return Disco Dirt boots or heels?
Hand-embellished footwear is not eligible for change-of-mind returns, because each pair is individually embellished after the order is placed.
This exclusion does not affect your statutory consumer rights where an item is faulty, damaged or not as described.
Can I return sale items?
No. Sale items are non-returnable, subject to your statutory consumer rights.
Can I return a gift card?
No. Gift cards are non-returnable.
Can I exchange an item?
Exchanges are handled by returning the original item and placing a new order.
How long does a refund take?
Once your return has been approved, your refund will be processed within 10 business days.
What is the EU 14-day cooling-off period?
Eligible EU online purchases have the applicable 14-day cooling-off period.
Disco Dirt's standard returns policy provides a 30-day return window for eligible standard orders.
Certain products, including individually hand-embellished footwear, may be excluded from change-of-mind cancellation where permitted by applicable law.
FAULTY OR DAMAGED ORDERS
What if my Disco Dirt order arrives faulty or damaged?
Contact hello@thisisdiscodirt.co.uk with your order details and photographs showing the problem.
Faulty and damaged products are covered by your statutory consumer rights. Depending on the circumstances and when the fault is reported, the appropriate remedy may include a repair, replacement or refund.
Our change-of-mind return exclusions do not remove your statutory rights.
What if an embellishment comes loose?
Our footwear is individually hand-embellished, and hand-applied details can experience friction during wear.
Where an aftercare kit is supplied with your footwear, follow the included instructions to help secure loose edges.
If you believe an embellishment has come away because of a manufacturing fault rather than normal wear, contact us at hello@thisisdiscodirt.co.uk so we can assess the issue.
