Shipping policy

Made-to-Order Footwear: All footwear is custom-made to order. Please allow up to 2 weeks for production before your item is dispatched.

Printed Apparel: Apparel items are printed to order. Please allow up to 5 business days for processing prior to dispatch.

Combined Orders: If your order contains both footwear and apparel, items may ship together once the full order is completed, or in separate packages as ready.

Royal Mail 48 Tracked (2 Business Days): £3.95 on all orders up to £99.

Free UK Shipping: Free Royal Mail Tracked delivery on all orders £100 and over.

Tracked International Delivery: Worldwide shipping is available. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery destination and parcel size.

Delivery Times: Europe typically takes 5–7 business days; Rest of the World takes 7–12 business days following dispatch.

Customs & Import Duties: International parcels are sent tracked. Import duties, taxes, or local clearance fees may apply upon arrival and are the responsibility of the customer.

Every order is shipped using a fully tracked service. Once your items are produced and dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking code to follow your parcel's journey.
